Over A Decade of Experience
For the past 11+ years, I have utilized my skills as a Director/Lead UX Researcher to enhance the users experience and increase conversions for my clients through true and tested methods. I have had the honor of presenting my work at DCUX2019 and have been published in UX Magazine. I have also mentored dozens of early career UXers, served on the board of UXPA-DC, and championed neuro-cognitive accessibility in design.
Skillset
As Head of UX I have led user research from conception to live release in many industries to include healthcare, entertainment, government, aerospace, commerce, and nonprofits and have consulted on freelance projects.
