Hi, I'm Lia! As an Embry-Riddle Master's Graduate with Distinction, former UXPA DC Secretary and HFES-Augmented Cognition Technical Group Officer, I am driven to enhance the user experience with measurable results by leveraging research methods and usability testing. I am knowledge hungry and love to participate in professional organizations, speak at conferences and events as well as mentor new UXers.

In my spare time, I advocate for neurodiversity and autistic children with my charity project AutismWish and host the popular Embracing Autism Podcast.
